Carlos has founded Leaders’ Copilot project, and has supported leaders for almost 15 years in Europe and North America.

Swiss Army knife with degrees in sociology, cognitive science and business administration, he enjoys tackling complex organisational issues, discovering new business sectors and helping people to develop professionally. To fully support his clients’ resilience, he also took a course in climate change management at the Harvard Business School.
